Local delivery within 15 miles from our bakery location (Cortland, NY) can be arranged typically within 5 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise communicated.
Sadie's Ginger Snaps ships anywhere in the Continental US within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise communicated. Please Allow 2 Weeks For Delivery.
Sadie's Ginger Snaps is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undelivered as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days but may be delayed during peak times, such as the holiday season. Shipping may take up to 2 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and cost-effective shipping offered.
Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card. If you have a question or concern, please contact us using the product issue/returns form here.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at email@example.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All treat sales are final. We will not accept or process any returns due to size issues or second thoughts. Please feel free to ask about quantity or size before ordering if you have questions/concerns.
In the unlikely event that your treats are spoiled during transit, we are happy to replace them. Please inspect the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. To enjoy the full flavor & freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements for receiving your delivery.
If you receive the wrong product or wrong size, just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement.
